Disputes
Should you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to address these with Mega Digital prior to canceling or disputing any credit card or third-party payment processing charges, unless you have made a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly with us.

Termination & Refunds
We reserve the right to deny processing or cancel your order under specific circumstances, as if your credit card is declined or if we have reason to suspect that the request or order is fraudulent, or in any other situation deemed appropriate by Phx Grants at its sole discretion. Your rights this Agreement may be terminated if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
